PRE BOARDING LEARNING PROGRAMME

The idea behind the Pre-Boarding Learning Programme

The main objective of the Pre-Boarding Learning Programme is to minimise employee turnover. The aim of our learning programme is to provide them with the appropriate training so that their deployment can be planned to ensure they are ready to embark with the necessary service and product knowledge, and to establish smooth transfers between fleets to utilise crew with potential. Our experience is that most crew pass the Pre-Boarding Learning Programme with at least 90%.

This approach (which can be applied to all hospitality operational areas) enables your client to train all its personnel in a center of excellence at your assigned training facilitation where you recruit your crew in a cost effective and efficient manner.
