Mr. Eman has been implementing a training program which provides a creative and proven system within private properties, hotels, cruise ships, and yachts. Mr. Eman wishes to develop the institute into a Lifestyle & Luxury brand while maximizing the business.

Mr. Eman studied  Hotel Management school in Germany and in The Netherlands where he graduated Cum Laude at The International Butler Academy. Mr. Eman is specialist in operating and monitoring of Luxury Boutique Hotels , River & Ocean going  Cruise Hotel Operation. Mr. Eman himself worked several years for the most luxury hotels and cruise companies around the world and had the pleasure traveling around the world several times, holding positions from a line staff member to Hotel General Manager.

Mr. Eman launched different International Training for 5 star boutique hotels and  sailed world wide with various River Cruise Yachts and ocean Cruise vessels and trained middle size and large group of ships employee in different level of degree: from Senior - Middle Management and the operation team. Passionate in role play training and group assignment as training and education tool to inspire people to have the awareness of the changes and the transformation through training.
