Mr. Olaf Eman 

 

Mr. Eman studied Hotel Management school in Germany and in The Netherlands where he graduated Cum Laude at The International Butler Academy. Mr. Eman has worked several years for the most luxury hotels and cruise companies around the world and had the pleasure traveling around the world several times, holding positions from a line staff member to Hotel General Manager. Besides that, having served in the Corporate Office for several European and US American companies,

Mr. Eman launched different International Training for 5-star boutique hotels and sailed worldwide with various River Cruise Yachts and ocean Cruise vessels and trained middle size and large group of ships employee in different level of degree: from Senior - Middle Management and the operation team. Passionate in role play training and group assignment as training and education tool to inspire people to have the awareness of the changes and the transformation through training. 

His training philosophy is efficiency-oriented, “Learning by doing.”

Mr. Eman has been implementing a training program which provides a creative and proven system within private properties, hotels, cruise ships, and yachts. Mr. Eman wishes to develop the institute into a Lifestyle & Luxury brand while maximizing the business.
